1. Order Processing
All orders are thoughtfully processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Each piece is prepared with care to meet our quality standards before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via email.
2. Shipping Partners
We collaborate with trusted logistics partners, including Shiprocket and Delhivery, to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Shipping partners are selected based on your location to provide the most efficient service.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Any additional charges, including COD fees (if applicable), will also be shown at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.
To ensure order authenticity and reduce failed deliveries:
• Orders may require confirmation via call or message before dispatch
• Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled
Customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may result in:
• Restriction of COD services for future orders
• Cancellation of subsequent orders
• Blacklisting from placing future orders
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.
You may track your shipment through the respective courier partner’s website.
7. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, courier issues, or external disruptions.
Nooré Atelier is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability:
• The order may be returned to the origin
• Re-shipping may incur additional charges
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@nooreatelier.com.
10. No Return / No Refund Policy
Nooré Atelier follows a strict no-return and no refund policy. All purchases are considered final once an order is confirmed.
