1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All sales made on Nooré Atelier are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Customers are strongly advised to:
• Review product descriptions carefully
• Check size, specifications, and details before purchase
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)
We only consider issues in the following cases:
• You receive a damaged product
• You receive an incorrect item
In such cases:
• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear unboxing video proof and images
Without valid proof, requests will not be considered.
3. Resolution for Approved Cases
If your request is verified and approved:
• A replacement may be provided (subject to availability)
• In rare cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor colour or design variation
• Delayed delivery due to courier issues
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
• Refusal to accept COD orders may result in restriction of future orders
